Came here for lunch with my wife and kids for lunch the Service was better than any other Applebees location ive been to. We come from south Sacramento and will drive to citrus heights just to come to this location from now on the Waitress’s were great the service was welcoming and fast and our food was out hot and sizzling within 10 minutes thank you for ur great service and wonderful food I wish I knew the waitresses and hosts name but overall everyone and everything was great we will definitely be back.

We came here to pick up dinner on our way home from a hectic long day. We aimed to not spend a lot this night. We looked at the specials and deals on our app while we were in the parking lot. They had a special this day that we got so much food and a cocktail to go for about 10 each. We upgraded or added custom changes to the main dish, upgraded side dish and upgraded drink to a margarita. I think we both had spent 12 each! Lately any time we go to get take out even at fast food it is at least 30 easy and that’s usually with us leaving something out that we really want. So to get a meal that was so delicious and a cocktail for 24 (for 2 that was the total) we were shocked and couldn’t even finish the entire meal! Upon going inside to get the order a whole 8 minute later we were greeted with nice happy staff, the meal was just finishing up, I was in and out with dinner and our drinks in 10 min after we ordered from our car!) the restaurant was clean and looked like a nice place. I saw the wheel chair accessible ramps and the parking was large space and free. Restaurant stood alone (not attached to any other buildings and very easy to find. It didn’t seem like a place that riff-raff would hang out at. I didn’t see anything around to be worried about theft or danger. So good location and safe) and for take out junkies- the restaurant has a dedicated area for pick up and ordering to go! Nice!) It was great! Thank you. Oh and the order was 100% exactly how we ordered it and it was great to be able to make as many changes, additions, and customize our meal to our liking! Super happy with the app and restaurant.

Great service, from the bartender However they didn't bring the correct item. I ordered a quesadilla salad and they brought me a chicken quesadilla. Not a big deal, they corrected it with no problem and I kept the chicken quesadilla. But when she brought my salad it had been over dressed. I didn't want to complain but I couldn't finish it because the bottom lettuce was soggy, drenched in dressing. I would recommend asking for the dressing on the side.

We went here all my family, We Had a wonderful Mother's Day dinner at Applebee's Citrus Heights, and let me tell you, it was an incredible night! atmosphere is super comfy and inviting--definitely a great spot for a family night out. The service was top-notch! Our server was friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. Another 5/5! The food? Well, we tried the burger, steak, and ribs, and they were just okay. The bourbon chicken and honey mac & cheese were tasty, but the French fries and artichoke dip could use some work. Happy hour beer was a nice touch! Overall, I'd give the food a solid 4/5. I might swing by again to try some other options--there's plenty more to explore on the menu! Overall, highly recommend Applebee's for a chill dinner vibe!

The food was amazing and fresh, it came out of the kitchen steaming hot. Our sever Kayley was super attentive and friendly. She was constantly checking on us to make sure we had everything, and that everything was to our liking. She made sure we had a warm and welcoming experience. Not only would our family and I come back for the food but we would also come back for her to be our server.

The food was excellent, the wait staff kept my glass full of tea and food in front of me, not bad for 21, all you can eat Tenders and Ribs w/Fries

Been to this location a few times now and have a great experience every time. They seem to be pretty consistently *really* busy, at least on the few occasions I've been by. The food is usually spot on, the service is prompt and polite, and just overall the staff handles things very well, especially considering the high volume. I only recently had an issue with a delivery order, but once I called they took care of me right away and fixed things up. It was super cool of them to make the order right for me! Absolutely recommend this Applebee's, it's a great spot around here!

We came with 5 little kids and 2 adults, and everyone got everything they wanted. Good food. Prices are good, and customer service is great. We will be back
